I have a wonderful horse, it has the lightness of the wind and the heat of fire, but when its rider mounts it, its gentleness is nothing but the calm before the storm. It is precisely this poem that describes our breed. The goal should be to find Icelanders with a warm, impeccable and clear character. Your temperament should be tradable, but with enough go and urge to move forward. The gears should be easy to ride and accessible. A balanced horse for the free time rider or also for the Icelandic horse sport.
